I thought about making a thread on this but instead I'll just chirp about it.
I'm going to quit soda. Its detrimental to health (despite being so delicious) and I for one KNOW its contributing to my weight gain vs weight loss.
SO as I saw on the interwebs somewhere....
A DREAM written down with a date becomes a GOAL
A GOAL broken down into steps becomes a PLAN
A PLAN backed by ACTION becomes REALITY.
Step 1: After today 6/12/23, Stop drinking soda.
Step 2: Go 1 week without drinking soda to see how you feel (reporting to chirper daily).
Step 3: Use the SHL for accountability (under pain of a good roasting should I fail)
Step 4: Proceed on and profit?
