I think I accidentally bought two trainings for this week, one just after the SHL draft as a custom purchases because I didn't have access to the SHL trainings on my bank page yet, and then another when I did have access using the normal way. Can I get either refunded please?

I'm unable to submit a twitter claim. After I 'add just myself' and press 'get users' the screen refreshes and clears instead of proceeding to the next screen.

I'm not entirely sure how that is happened. However, if you pressed "Add Just Myself" and then "Get Users", the page is supposed to refresh and then you scroll down to the Bank Request prompt that is given to you. At this point, the Bank Request should have your name on the left-hand side under "Username".

I had no issues trying to get a personal request to work, so if there is any way you can show me that this process isn't working properly, then that would be very helpful to Bojo and myself.

I'll ping @.bojo just in case, but let me know if are able to see it afterwards.
