kane.88 managed the Whalers until S3, then enthropi came in and GM'd in S4, with me being interim GM in S5.
JT was GM of what is now St. Louis from S5 - S9 I believe, unless Joker 5123 was there from S8->S9
I was GM of St. Louis from S10 - S15

While you're at it, I GMed PGF from S4-S5 (took over from jackcrasher midway through S4)

I'm not sure on the season of change between spooked/sleepy, maybe S40?
Sleepy should have taken over just before or during S39. Can't remember.
I did two season, that's all I know lmfao. We won the cup in my second/last season, so I think I did 37+38
