Lottery will be held Friday, June 13th at 7:30 PM EST.


The location of the draft will also be announced at that time. It will be between:

New England (Boston)
Toronto
Calgary
Texas (Dallas)
Winnipeg

He's trying to leave it open to interpretation. We all know it'll be late if it's at 7:30, but early if it's at 8:30. So if he gives himself that loophole, he's just right on time.

Well, right now it's daylight savings time for me and EST= 1hr. back. So, EDT= Daylight Savings.
