Lindback has been a man on a mission since the deal. He's played 7games with under a 2.5GAA with over a 930sv%
Enroth has in 7 games over a 3GAA 875SV%
obviously its very early to say anyone won but I remember people thinking this was a tank move and now Lindback has joined the hottest goalies since being dealt
Lindback being good makes this deal worse for us imho, we don't need wins goddamnit :lol:
But yeah he has been good so far, gonna be interesting to see if he can live up to the potential that he showed when he joined the league, or if what we saw from him over the last few seasons is his real self. I gotta say so it seems like the one thing that our team is good at at the moment is making goalies look good, Enroth looked good, Neuvirth looked good and now Lindback does too. I know it's a small sample size but both Enroth and Neuvirth haven't been nearly as good since being traded, despite playing on better teams.

Haha ya it does seem that way. Wonder if it will last when ur team improves(which I don't see why it won't). Tho I think ur gunna need to add some veterans that help teach these kids how to be pros. You've traded everyone that could have done that minus Georges,Gionta. Your gunna need a few more older role players to help teach the kids

Yeah, I would say Hammond is on the Hottest streak, 11-0-1 with a .956 SV% and a 1.35 GAA plus 2 SO and tonight he tied the NHL record for 12 straight starts allowing 2 goals or less to start his career
