Is this how a Board of Directors member should be acting? Is it acceptable for a director to be speaking this way to another SHLer? Is this how we want a representative of the league's governing body to behave?

It appears as though the BoD is overlooking the quotation above. I have made this post in an effort to raise public awareness and as a call for change in the BoD group.
