Simulation Hockey League

First of all, I would like to thank Alex a billion times fold for the opportunity. You are a loyal friend and I am so proud to call you my brother.

I would like to thank the Head Office for allowing me the opportunity and my Renegades teammates for being so loyal and amazing during my time here. I look forward to serving all of you.

Finally, thank you to the SHL for the constant amount of respect I get from you guys and the love I receive. You are all truly a family to me and i'm so excited to be able to be in this capacity again.

I have a few things I'd like to say and announce.

<div align="center">1) Alex will remain as Co-GM</div>

Alex has been a loyal friend to me for many years now and he has done an amazing job with the Renegades. He can teach me a lot and I want him to be able to finish what he started as well. I look forward to building a dynasty with Alex by my side. Thank you again for being an amazing human being during my time with the Renegades.

<div align="center">2) I will be announcing some new jobs for Renegades players</div>

I remember when I first entered the league, I was given the opportunity to GM the Vancouver Whalers and that jumpstarted my resume into getting the Los Angeles Panthers in expansion. I want more people on this site to be able to build their resume's and taste what it's like to be in a more involved role on their team.

I will be including some new jobs such as:

1) Head Amateur Scout
2) Head Pro Scout
3) Lines Specialist / Coach
4) Budget Specialist/Capologist

Amongst other roles. This will help the team have a more included approach to management and give some other guys something to put on their resume when applying for future GM jobs. I would love to see everybody get a chance to do this one day!

<div align="center">3) Alex did not Rage Quit.</div>

Contrary to what was said before, Alex did not Rage Quit. We had agreed to do this about a week or so ago before playoffs even started, but wanted to wait until playoffs were over to announce.

<div align="center">4) There will be a Renegades culture change</div>

I think as you all know, i'm a very level-headed guy. I want to build this team with character members and character players.

The Renegades have been notorious for being the "Bad Boys" of the SHL. Now as much as I enjoy the healthy trash-talk, I will never be one to tolerate or condone my players engaging themselves violently or childishly around the boards.

I know you can't change an image overnight, but I want the league to know that as long as I am the GM of this team, I will not tolerate some of the things we've been known to do around here and i'm looking to help repair the image of this team.

The Renegades are a very tight-knit group in the locker rooms. We have a great group of guys who truly love each other and it's like a family in there. We need to learn to conduct ourselves better outside of the boards, and I promise this league that we will learn to do that. Those who are not on board with that will be kindly asked to play elsewhere.

<div align="center">5) Deener-Gold Agency will now be dispelled.</div>

Thank you so much to all my loyal clients and I sure hope I did the best job for you that I possibly could.

I'm so sorry our stay was short but I loved all of you for giving me the opportunity and that was awesome. I highly recommend any of the other agencies, as I know for a fact Gorlab and Joker do a fantastic job. Thank you guys again for allowing me to experience that, and as much as I can in a GM role here i'm willing to continue to give you guys help any time you need it and to be a friend like you were to me.

Congratulations, mate. You've always been a class act and I'm sure you're the right person to change the image and behaviour of this team. I'm pretty skeptical about it (in the sense I'm sure it's gonna be a long journey), though, so good luck with that.

Is the culture change in Texas going to involve a mass exodus of team members, or are you going to try to change the culture from within while keeping the core together?
