Chiefs comeback Chiefs
Fun fact. If MIN makes a comeback at least the last 3 series in playoffs Toronto has played would have ended with a comeback from 1-3 deficit

I place any games lost on the offense and any goals against on the defense

Honestly, with the current system and the way the sim works, I think there's a good amount of truth to this. Hopefully goalies' skill plays a larger part in their success with the skaters moving to a new update scale and goalies no longer having to go up against roided out ragemonsters.

Agreed as proof of MIN goalie. Nothing against him but he's facing shots from a team who has just about every player on it who has more TPE than him. Many have twice as much but he's still holding his own.

Then again with goalie building pretty much just being a race for TPE, I dunno if it will necessarily be better.

Yeah. Unfortunately, with the way goalies perform, builds won't be significant, but we should begin to see a difference between 400-TPE goalies and 1200-TPE goalies... Right now, both seem to have about the same chance of success or failure based on their team, which makes it more about the roster and coach than the goalie, imo.
For example, I believe our goalie has ~255 TPE. He went 4-2-0 this season. Very small sample size but.. that shouldn't happen.
Why not? Back up goalies in the nhl never have winning records?

Bowden is the equivalent of a QMJHL starter, though. MAYBE AHL starter.

I don't think an average NHL back up would equal the TPE amounts of the back ups.

When your defence is as good as ours...
SHL and SMJHL have been updated up to round two.

Enjoy.
