I don't normally do these but I hit some milestones and need some cash
go ahead and ask me some questions about retooling Los Angeles, the recent addition to Team Finland's roster, the retirement of Morley and Wastlund, etc.
or if you just want me to write about you then I guess I can do that too :-?
. I feel like our players are relatively similar. Both drafted in the late 2nd of the SHL draft, both left wingers (now :ph34r: ), and you're in the same stratosphere as me in terms of TPE. I still don't really feel like I know you that well, but that's just because we never shared a locker room of any sort. Not sure how I feel about the whole My Little Pony thing with New England though :-?
Also, yeah.. I'm lagging behind with TPE on my player. I've missed a good amount of TPE opportunities over the past year or so. I've never had enough money to buy equipment, I missed a championship week thing, I went through like a 5 week period where I didn't have enough money to pay for training, and I've missed various written PT's for different reasons. Essentially it can all be attributed to my laziness in regards to building up my bank account, but I'm trying to fix that now.

I don't know how you've been able to stay so consistently active and contribute so much not only to your team but to the league and the GOMHL. Your player is one of my favorites from S20 just because you literally started from the bottom. You got drafted in like the 11th round of the SMJHL draft and now look at you, coming off a 50+ point season. Wish we could've kept you in LA but I think you'll definitely have a better shot at winning in the next couple seasons with West Kendall. Maybe somewhere down the line we'll be on the same team again.

Honestly at first I was really skeptical of you going 1st overall, but holy shit you've already broke 1,000 TPE. That's just insane that you have 300 TPE more than I do. There must be some TPE secrets in Calgary or something that you and Esa know about. I admire the dedication that comes with signing a 10 year deal too, but JFC man a lot can change on a team really quickly.
. Definitely not racist. A little homo tho for sure. But for real though I think our line will have a lot of success given our builds and since we're all young players I think we can keep that line together for a long time if Wasty allows it.

I think my favorite offseason move was trading for Sven Karlsson tbh. I knew him from the Detroit LR and told Wasty that he should draft him. He didn't draft him and Karlsson ended up becoming the player that I had pretty much figured he would become. It made me quite happy when I saw that Wasty had managed to pull off the trade for him despite other teams offering pretty valuable packages. I'm happy with all of our offseason acquisitions though. 701 and Zjang were both players I said Wasty should draft and bringing back BigtittySmitty along with Kuddles and Kez was awesome. Kez was my GM back in S19 with Kelowna and he's my GM on the GOMHL so I already knew him pretty well. Smitty played on Detroit with me when we won the Four Star Cup so I knew him as well. I also liked the addition of FourFour. If you're reading this 44 go do your fucking homework.
I saw the Morley retirement coming a mile away tbh. He'd just been in the league for so long and we weren't going anywhere in regards to the playoffs so I had assumed this would be coming. It shouldn't have THAT big of an effect on our forward corps though because we acquired a whole mess of new, young forwards that can develop and replace him. I definitely didn't see the Wastlund retirement coming though and it's going to have a huge impact on our blueline. With the changes made to the update scale we lost Skarsgaard on the backend and we lost our Stevens winner Bottas in that trade with Texas. Once Wastlund is gone our defense is going to be extremely young. We've got a bright future with Wollker, Holmberg, Cartier, Uhaa, and MVP but it's definitely going to take a few seasons for them to get where they need to be. The good thing about our blueline (and the rest of our team) being so young is that we should all theoretically hit our primes in the same 2-3 season window, which should give us a fantastic opportunity to challenge for the Cup (heh). But yeah, the blueline is definitely gonna look a bit depleted for the next couple seasons until everyone gets up to speed because I don't believe we're looking to add through Free Agency.

Wasty being my GM is fantastic because he's honest with players about their future and the team's future, he's shown the ability to be patient with drafted prospects and make calculated moves rather than trying to load up through free agency, and he's above all else a great person to share a locker room with. Even if he wasn't the GM he'd be one of my favorite teammates given everything that he brings to the table.
With LAP you can look forward to nice beaches, good weather, sexy pictures of Rags, and dope dankoa siggies. What else could you really want?
Worst style goes to FourFour because he's like 11 years old and tries to incorporate too much swag into his outfits ;
This season I expect a pretty significant bump in my point production due to finally moving up to the 2nd line and (hopefully) getting some power play time. I also believe my new build will be successful when paired with players like Kudleychuk and Karlsson. As far as the team's success is concerned I believe we'll be competing for the 3rd or 4th seed in the Western Conference. Gotta make the playoffs this year for Morley and Wastlund.
My taste in food is pretty simple. Food is good and I like to eat it. Unless it's some weird asian delicacy, like formx's donger. I don't eat that. I might play around with it a bit but I'm not going to eat it.
The last time I ate five or more cookies in a single sitting? Fuck if I know but it was definitely this calendar year. I fucking love me some soft chocolate chip cookies. And oatmeal raisin cookies? Those are cool too. But you know what fucking sucks is when you really want a cookie but all the cookies you have around the house are stale as fuck. Fuck those. Eating a stale cookie is like biting into a brick of sadness. Then you've got to actually put clothes on and drive to the store and buy some new cookies. But there's so many different choices and they're all different prices. Now you're standing there in your sweatpants wondering if it's worth coughing up the extra money for these cookies that look good but in all likelihood probably taste like shit because they were made by the baker for show.

Sven Karlsson you are a beautiful man. Obviously your flowing mane is gorgeous, just like the Karlssons (Erik, Wild Bill) who have come before you. You're gonna score like 70 points this season playing on the KKK line with me and Kuddles because you're a wizard with the puck and can dish it out like nobody else. You're going to quietly burn villages because don't look now, Sven Karlsson is a rising star in this league. Look at you go as you torch the defense with your blazing fast speed and your insanely good looks. Everytime Karlsson shoots the puck it goes bar down in OT. Everytime you go into the corners to retrieve a puck the opposition is afraid to battle you along the boards because they respect you for being such a legend and they're also terrified of your clearly dominant lower body strength. Speaking of lower body strength I hear you can go for hours plowing JP's mom and that's why he traded you away from the Admirals. Definitely worth it though. Get your nut AND you get traded to a better team? Scumbag move but definitely turned out in your favor. Sven Karlsson is literally Jeff Carter. But I don't hate Karlsson. Sven Karlsson you are a beautiful man. Obviously your flowing mane is gorgeous, just like the Karlssons (Erik, Wild Bill) who have come before you. Everytime you go into the corners to retrieve a puck the opposition is afraid to battle you along the boards because they respect you for being such a legend and they're also terrified of your clearly dominant lower body strength. Speaking of lower body strength I hear you can go for hours plowing JP's mom and that's why he traded you away from the Admirals. Definitely worth it though. Get your nut AND you get traded to a better team? Scumbag move but definitely turned out in your favor. Sven Karlsson is literally Jeff Carter. But I don't hate Karlsson. I fucking hate that Jeff guy though. That sack of shit is actually Hitler on ice. But you're more of a Jaromir Jagr.
