Completely understood the distinction you were making between Perfect and Hart. Perfect was such a showman he naturally brought that aspect into the ring with him (which only made him cooler). Bret was regularly overshadowed charisma-wise by such luminaries as Davey Boy Smith and Jim the Anvil.
One other suggestion for best technical, although equally boring outside the ring.

It felt a little unfair to take points away from Perfect for having charisma, but it just seemed like i had to. Glad you understand where I'm coming from.
