So here's the rules: I don't want to have to sift through the list of PGS in the one thread to find yours individually. Link your PGS here in this thread, and I'll edit your post with the amount of TPE you can claim with an @ mention on the post to notify you that your TPE is ready to claim. This makes things easy so that you post your 1 PGS, link that 1, and the updater only needs to look at 1 thing to make sure the claim in your update thread is ok. This is critical to the success of your post: if someone gets interested in your game from your description, let them find the game easily instead of tracking it dow. Elaborate on the 3 Stars of the game more, I get that they scored 2 goals, but what made that better than someone else's crucial 2 assists, 5 hits, and 2 shot blocks? They also don't have to be the same as the ones in the game link, be creative.

Look at ones from S30 (in Post-Game Show archives) to get a feel of the different things folks try out with their PGS. I'm giving you +3 right now (highlight reel, goal description, 3 Stars, no game link), but next time you don't include a game link, I'm docking. +3 TPE

For your next PGS, we'd really like you to go more in depth into these 3 Stars - why you chose them - and not just their stats, explain why those stats MADE them a star. Going further in depth in your recap would be great, too. Why does Halifax have the best team on paper? Who are the team's powerhouses? What does the outcome of this game mean for the next game/the rest of the season for these players/teams?

Of course, so do the goal descriptions and stuff, but I never would have known about the faceoff dot problems in DET. Great stat summary graphic. +3 TPE

1. I kind of went over this on the TPE Claim above, but you need to specify what the 3 stars did to get their stars. Don't just spout their stat line either, talk about only a few statistics, and what the player did to influence the game.
ex(humblebrag): 1st star - Ben Waters
Ben Waters played absolutely incredibly today. In a game that was even, and in which the result could be completely decided by one player, Waters did exactly that and cemented his place as one of the top goalies in the league.

2. Stat breakdown/comparison requires a strong focus on the stats and what they meant exactly.
example of a stat comparison: Shots: Prince George 22 vs Colorado 22
This proves that the game was even and could have gone either way. Both teams put out a solid amount of offense, so the defense and goalies had to prove that they were up to the challenge.

If you want to keep including 3 stars, read what I said for JayWhy above. But you could drop it and just do what you did here, and you'd be fine.

You've got a solid PGS without it, so it's up to you how to move from here, but great work! +3 TPE

Not just throwing in their stat line. You need to talk about exactly what they did well and how they helped win(or lose less badly). If you want an examplê, see what Rabidsponge did, it's pretty much the perfect template.
