Word out of Seattle is that Wilson and GM c have been seen having long discussions. Wilson was seen entering c's office early yesterday afternoon and did not leave until the evening. The actually productivity of this meeting is unknown at the moment. We have heard from some sources inside the organization that Wilson has potentially provided c with his list of teams that he is willing to play for. This would be an interesting development in the Seattle saga, as Wilson may be gone before his contract even expires. We are unsure of the exact teams that he will be allowing c to send him to. We can only speculate at this point.
The number one team that we would exact to be on there is almost definitely Portland. Wilson has many clear ties with this team as there many ex-Knights who he grew up alongside. Wilson has been clear that playing alongside Otto is his SHL dream.
We can also guess that the Jets would be on that list. Zach Evans was a key part of that S31 draft class and playing under his guidance seems like a great way for Wilson continue in his career.
We know that Wilson must specify at least 8 teams that he is willing to be a part of, so there are definitely 6 other teams that he would allow. This is unclear at this time, but we are almost certain that the Admirals and Jets are two of the teams on this list.
Other possible locations could include West Kendall to play alongside Light or Buffalo to play under the enigma that is Walrus. We are less certain on these locations, but they seem likely.
Wilson caught wind that we were writing this article and sent the following quote regarding the situation.
"I am unsure what will happen and where I will be playing next season, but Seattle has been nothing but supportive. If you want to be a part of Seattle in the future do not let my situation discourage you. Seattle's a great place to play whether you get there through the draft, trade, or free agency."
Not too juicy, but it was something that Wilson felt needed to be said and requested be in the article.
