I have no context for what made the 2012 San Jose Earthquakes doing soccer things salt-worthy, but I definitely don't think you'll see many complaints about San Francisco. Honestly, a hell of a job by them to get themselves in playoff contention - forget best team in the regular season - so quickly.

It's mostly about how we just came out of fucking nowhere killing fools. San Jose was a shit team before that and had no chance at the beginning of the season and everything weirdly clicked and they won the MLS equivalent of the President's Trophy.
