If we keep you both, then we for sure have a doc, and Gooneys chances of living are significantly better. I don't want to risk Gooney's life on a silly play like that, I'd rather risk the doc's life and the chance to have a wolf exposed

but anyways he doesnt even have to protect himself, he can protect gooney and if he dies he confirms he was doc, if they attack gooney and he's saved he confirms he was doc, if gooney dies he confirms he's wolf and you were doc. knowing a wolf probably allows us to win the game when we have 90 pages of evidence.

Then the village must demand he protect gooney. That's the only way you guys know for sure
