I've seen OEL be better than Myers and I've seen Myers become better than OEL. So in worst case scenario for you (should you make the deal) Myers becomes better than OEL, but there's no way the difference between Myers and OEL matches the difference between the 1st and Weiss for Fil.
I'd do it

Is Filatov even in the NHL anymore? I thought he bolted to the KHL. Definitely a wise decision to accept that deal.
