Logically speaking, we are doomed to fail. The team with 3rd best odds has won back to back, against the odds. Meanwhile, we continually finish 2nd. It's the perfect storm. We boutta lose.

I have a two step process to determine who gets first overall:

1. Give Manhattan second overall.

2. Hold the draft lotto for everyone else.
