THIS IS FOR PLAYERS THAT HAVE BEEN DRAFTED TO THE SHL ONLY
Add to any skill, +3 per day (the +3 for each day must be in the same skill, but different days can have different focuses)
Rookies (S49 Draftees) get 7 days
Sophomores (S48 Draftees) get 5 days
Third - Fourth Year Players (S47/46 Draftees) get 3 days
Fifth+ Year Players (S45 or older) get 1 day
