I like the idea of trying something different with the shape of the background. However, I would have tried to include the totality of the sig inside the circle shape. Having the text floating on the outside, as well as Matthews' arm sticking out just looks odd and out of place. The render looks slightly distorted too, like the scale wasn't kept. When scaling the render in a sig, hold down the shift key. It'll resize it while keeping the scale so it doesn't look elongated. I like the effort and creativity, but I think there are areas to work on. However, these styles, when executed well, are very nice. I look forward to seeing more of your work!
