So we have modified Quinn/cltnsnw penalty slightly
Here are the new terms
1. Player Oliver Lake will play out the season in Colorado, but will not be allowed to update any further or earn any money. Player will be auto-retired when S31 playoffs conclude. This decision is so that Colorado doesn't get screwed
2. cltnsnw/Quinn may have 1 active account, but may not create a new player until S31 playoffs have concluded and S32 offseason begins. NO money from previous players may be transferred to his new player.
Quinn fucked up. He should have asked permission to create a new player first, as his account had been suspended. He has now asked that permission from HO, and we feel that he has shown he is capable of being a contributing member, so this is a chance for him to prove it. Any further issues tho will result in permanent ban.
3. cltnsnw/Quinn may not hold any league positions/jobs for a minimum of 3 seasons.
