I'm not really sure it matters one way or the other, the amount of work will be the same regardless, right? With that said, I voted for 'I don't care' to account for that opinion.

Big fan of consolidating the two tasks into one and extending the time. It keeps things nice and simple and makes it harder to miss out. I think we have plenty of stuff to vote on as it is in the SHL, but IIHF might be an opportunity to drive more engagement with user-voted awards

I think I voted, but now I'm unsure if I need words as well. One task please. it's always painful watching extra tpe from the first task not count because it is cut off at 8, and then having to answer all star related questions for something I don't think anyone gives a care for is a painful second week where I always hope I can claim an ISFL TPE to ease the burden.

I see the appeal for both sides of the issue. One task is done faster IN THEOREY. However I think combining the tasks is a step toward doing away with parts of the league. If we arent doing ASW, are we still doing ASG? Having THINGS that HAPPEN in the league is better than a more generic prompt about the championships alone or something else.

I think the MVP should be the only one we get to vote on yes it would be more entertaining but theirs gonna be a lot of people voting for people they know rather than looking at stats so I don’t think it’s a good idea

Voting is good, but can easily become a popular contest with whoever has the largest voice influencing people to their preferred vote. Which is why we have dedicated people like the headoffice to make important decisions.

I'm all about combining tasks, hell maybe we will get to the point where there is only one task a season. Like just one 2000 word essay for the season and you get your TPE. Not really. But honestly I do like some tasks being combined especially if they're around the same time of the season.

I think we should get to vote on all stars! Its fun that we can vote on some awards but personally I think all stars need more input from the players when it comes to all stars.

I like CW and ASW separate. There's a lot of writing required and having them separate spread across two weeks with two different topics makes it feel less challenging to come up with unique responses for all the questions.
I would definitely be open to voting on more things. Awards, for example, are always going to be somewhat of a popularity contest. If it's open to the league to vote, at least that popularity contest is more widely subjective rather than a popularity contest among the inner circle of the awards committee.

I think I would like to see them merged or overlap. As someone who plays this as their secondary/tertiary/fourth league (depending on the mood) I wouldn't hate having one less unique thing to do to keep max earning in here!

I don't really mind one way or the other. Sure, I have a pass now. Back when I still had to do CW it was just the one post, which was fine by me. I guess, I would very slightly prefer a single post so I could knock the entire thing out all at once rather than having to wait a week, but it is only very slight.

Maybe make some more creative tasks? Something to build social, like participating in a game night, or preparing trivia questions about the latest season or PT ideas. Some thoughts!

I think we already vote for outstanding members of community, right? If not, I would vote for that. Maybe a vote for the underdogs. Or to vote about the feat of the season (X player broke the Y record...). First round to get ideas, second round to determine the winner.
