I don't fend off the Grinch, I let him do all his mischief and then save the day afterwards and be the hero of the people. This way everyone knows who is the best and that is me. I am the best for getting Christmas back.

You do not fend off the grinch, you endorse the grinch. With endorsing the grinch, you will in the end get the grinch enlightment and have a life changing moment with opening your heart to others.

As a fellow furry creature (not like that!!!) Munko can paint himself green and disguise himself as a grinch as the grinch will not steal from himself. Then he will go and engage in appropriately grinchy activities.

I fend off the Grinch by laying a garbage trap out in the back yard. He loves to munch of empty beer bottles and I’m good at making those. You can make a good buck selling tickets to see a live captured Grinch.

Well at first I'd try a diplomatic approach but would also try to place some booby traps so that no one gets to steal anything like hockey skates that would come down if the trigger is triggered.

in all honesty i would not want to defeat the grinch i would join forces with the grinch - if i needed to defeat it, it would be easy for me since I am a the grinch so i could just think like a grinch (i.e., myself) and figure out how to beat myself no problem

I am going to invite the Grinch over to a Christmas Dinner and have my father in law smother the Grinch with hospitality. Once there, the Grinch will never be able to get up from the table and I'll be long gone

The way you fend off the grinch is you put out fake presents for him to steal the night before and after he is gone you bring out the real presents and celebrate.
