I'm pretty sure a majority of the inactives have more TPE, thus why an 'active' player wasn't picked.
I just don't think it's fair that Stars, Platoon, Kings all give up good players while Chiefs cheat and give up an inactive pawned off as an active.

It's even funnier how hypocritical it is given some of the stuff Boon said when I abused a loophole.
Oh please. I know every team was doing the same. Hell, D_a told me the other day he was waiting to nominate his active until Zach Voss signed up.

Not at all. Past expansion drafts didn't even have an active requirement, so at least these teams get something to work with in the way of activity unlike Manhattan, Edmonton, Minnesota, and Los Angeles.
