RE: S78 mPT #0: The Myth - Lime - 08-08-2024

I have already been a free agent a few times because teams keep kicking me out man why I gotta talk about this how come nobody want me man

RE: S78 mPT #0: The Myth - No Goal - 08-08-2024

All I can say is the Brayden Point belongs in Tampa. He does not see himself on any other team at this time. Not saying he wouldn't sign elsewhere but they better pay him the big bucks as Florida does not have an income tax and is the best hockey state. For now though Chomp Chomp I will see everyone in the SHL next season once I am called up!

I love Buffalo, I would test Free Agency after winning with Buffalo. Free agency could be exciting but everything is pretty kosher here in the shl. I’d live to see it more dramatic

RE: S78 mPT #0: The Myth - FuriousChicken - 08-09-2024

There are only really 2 ways I would see myself looking for a new team from free agency, 1 would be if I really can't get along with the people at my current team, which is a very tall order I believe, the other is if my current team let's me go into free agency. Otherwise even if I wanted to get out, I'd rather my current team get's something out of it Smile

RE: S78 mPT #0: The Myth - Matteo - 08-09-2024

Free agency way too big too scary. Talking to other GMs? Too hard. I guess I'll just stay in Edmonton, the people there are cool and the winters are lovely.

RE: S78 mPT #0: The Myth - OrbitingDeath - 08-09-2024

I don't think i did free agency after my first player. But during my first gen it was kind of fun, even had my wife handle my last free agency period and im sure @.bojo still remembers what the gm's before him saddled him up with :D So things like that would make FA fun again.

RE: S78 mPT #0: The Myth - Tripl3tsGamer - 08-09-2024

My player has a big potential. If he is going to seek in a new team, the agent needs to make Volta sign a new contract. Which can be hard to some teams because Volta loves to stay on the team that he got drafted.

RE: S78 mPT #0: The Myth - HoltzFan10 - 08-09-2024

it would take a 20 mil by 20 year contract for me to ever go to free agency, and even then, the other team would have to tamper haha

RE: S78 mPT #0: The Myth - Moe7171 - 08-09-2024

I don't want to seek a new team. The team I am on is super friendly and fun to be around even if we don't perform well I enjoy my time spent there.

RE: S78 mPT #0: The Myth - Ace - 08-09-2024

I legally cannot seek a new team in free agency as I am the General Manager of the Winnipeg Aurora. If Pohler Beargeron could consider a new team in the SMJHL in Free Agency, he'd want a team with his friends.

RE: S78 mPT #0: The Myth - AuggieO - 08-09-2024

If I was to seek a new team in free agency it would probably be if Seany's brain was infested by a zombie parasite of some sort and he was being mean to me. I'm not leaving the Whalers otherwise. Hashbrowns WHALE NASH!

RE: S78 mPT #0: The Myth - Otrebor13 - 08-09-2024

Sometimes it's a question of fit. I have had times where I have left teams because I felt I fit somewhere else more, mostly due to competitive windows and wanting to win while the current team may be slightly more in a rebuild or a few seasons away. Leaving a team via FA is not easy, so I hope I don't have to do it much, but I have had to in the past.

RE: S78 mPT #0: The Myth - CementHands - 08-09-2024

It would take us not winning a cup, and not being able to compete for one with what's left on my player. I haven't gotten that glory yet and regressing on my second player time is running out.

RE: S78 mPT #0: The Myth - MattyJ - 08-09-2024

I likely will never try to explore free agency. The only reason I ever would if I’m being put on a bottom line with good tpe. This is unlikely to happen.

RE: S78 mPT #0: The Myth - egregious - 08-09-2024

Testing free agency is about the trust you have in the team you're on. How they're treating you and communicating with you on the one hand, how well they're planning to contend going forward. I'm still in the minors - I'm a ways off from having to worry about such things.
