clipping has a lot of great stuff and they play with time signature often which I appreciate. Some of it is fairly inaccessible, usually the more noisy stuff. I appreciate those songs but I dont really enjoy them lol. But everything they have on youtube is pretty great

also worth noting clipping is a trio, and Daveed Diggs is the vocalist/lyricist. You mightve seen him in Hamilton, Black-ish, Velvet Buzzsaw, and others

Listening to the new Ariana Grande album. Feels... same-y. Like, they mix the sounds up but if you held me at gunpoint I couldn't point out which is which, most of the songs exist and don't really stand out. Love Language and 34+35 are really good, don't know why the latter isn't the titular song. Can't vibe with most of the rest of the songs
