I’m really happy with how far Buffalo Stampede was able to go. Our first round opponent wasn’t that much higher than us in the standings but any season in which you can not only make the playoffs, but win a playoff series is great!

After the way the season started, many did not expect Seattle to hit the casino over. They had an easier starting schedule which did not go as planned, but they found a way to win more games at the end of the season.

I expected the New Orleans Specters to make the playoffs comfortably this season and cruise into the 2nd round of the playoffs but alas, FHM had other ideas and we lost in the first round again.

Can’t say I had Hoang regressing as hard as he did on defense, but to say it was completely out of the blue is unfair to just looking at his build this year.

My teammates and I proved extremely strong defensively. I wasn't expecting that. I thought we'd be more run and gun, outscore to out last.

I certainly didn't expect Rosenthal to put up 4 shutouts. It was a marked surprise especially because most of them game down the stretch on the season when she was also playing poorer overall.

I did not expect my player to have a 40 goal season, I am very happy it did happen but I was expecting more of a pass first player. Scoring 40 goals in the SHL as a very young player is something that not a lot of players have done before.

What I did not expect to happen during the season was to have the New England Wolfpack be eliminated in the first round of the playoffs, but unfortunately that happened and our playoffs are over.

something expected is kaarlo koivunen scoring more goals i feel like in SJMHL and now in SHL i have had problems with scoring actual goals so it was expected that i didn't score a lot

I expected my player not to fall off a cliff after the first twenty two games. Production seemed to hit a brick wall out of nowhere. Gave me a lot of false hope

So far this season I am surprised that no one has gotten banned for saying something racist or bigoted. I really thought that would happen this November.

In all honesty, I didn't expect the race for 8th position in the Eastern Conference to be so tight, with Manhattan snapping it up by a single point in the last sim day of the season. Montréal and Hamilton both kept it much closer than I anticipated halfway through the season.

I did not expect to happen that I would still score so many points so late in my career. It has been a pretty big motivator to keep fighting regression and see the team perform well.
