should be the rules for this. Pay 2 Million once and you get to change your name but after that you're done.

How do I formally change my own name?
You can formally and legally change your first and/or second name and/or last name.

no whats wrong with the name change.
If anything put a cost like 2M to change it so it happens less frequently, but its a part of the game and I think the name could change if your player is good or not.
