Yes I did transfer fed-less people, but as far as I remember, they were proportionally insignificant, so i'd disagree to say its a major disadvantage, if one at all. This is 100% anecdotal, sure, but I think the upside to having people actually in a fed and to have a place to be feels kind of better.
