We could use less kindness between teams. Rivalries aren't what they used to be and it might be fun to get a bit of the ol' inter team scuffling going on.

Slightly less budget caps if expansion is coming around, at least force some movement that would be nudged but forced to at least give the new teams a chance

less things requiring money and replacing them with more activities that reward engagement with the site outside of PTs. PTs are not fun once you have done them a million times and being rewarded for interacting with others on the site could go a long way with user retention.
(or we just keep yelling at Luke to fix the portal)
