Sorry bro, feel better. Have you tried the salt water gargle for the throat? I got sore throats all the time and finally tried it and its amazing how good it is at relieving it.

Thank you! Might try that! I've been using elderberry lozenges which have helped a bit. Luckily pain wise it isn't too bad, dayquil and the lozenges have been putting in some work.
