I love that Bolts fans and management's mindset has been publicly we will continue to dominate with this incredible core we've built. But by saying this part of their "plan of action" to keep these gritty blues in tact was by giving the bad word to the face of their franchise of 16 years, Captain and generational talent, Steven Stamkos that their wasn't enough money for him and he had to find some other place as a UFA. Never thought I'd see the day where he's in another colour of a jersey than blue, but here we are, 2024. Well good luck to you Bolts, we won't be seeing or missing you in the playoffs this year. But you know who will be on a legitimate cup run and that's YOUR captain and the 2023 conn smythe winner. It sucks that you had to leave everything you'd built in Tampa and done for that franchise but you'll be smiling when you're at the cup celebration on facetime call with Victor Hedman, and you'll have PK Subban in the room. It also sucks that you'll have to live in that redneck dump of a state but you won't mind Carrie Underwood's s**tty singing when she's making out with you as you drink with her from the cup once more.
Tampa deserves nothing, you deserve to f***king move on. Good luck to you.
