God forbid when HO asked GMs to confirm their picks, when we switched to the HO controlled sheet, that they actually do it. Sad to see this happen but it was certainly avoidable

sucks for Ace/NEW but agreed here. Double trading draft picks does not happen often, lesson should have been learned when Ace was put on probation but alas, here we are. Hope Ace gets given another management shot at some point in the future.
