I genuinely don’t think there will ever be a team as good on paper ever again as the S45 Blizzard, I think our third lines average TPE was around 1200 and we had an 1,100 TPE player healthy scratches.

Nah, you’re right about that. That team was the perfect storm of good people, high TPE, and non-Simon fuckery.

S45 EDM did set the new record for most regular season Points and wins. Didn't even realize they lost so many games in playoffs. Great article was quite the nice read!
As another fun project I'd suggest looking at the difference of McFadden's difference in play from regular season to playoffs ( Dude holds the TPE record for a goalie and was a historic choker in the playoffs) would be less to research than the other thing someone suggested.
