wasn't he sent down to the impact from hamilton it's only if st louis actually traded him to the impact then it would count
the buttons were drafted to kelowna and sent down to the impact kelowna never traded their rights

I got it!
I was drafted into the SHL from the Impact. I was sent down to Detroit when in Manhattan. If I was sent to juniors, I would return to Montreal because that was the team which I came to the draft from! Easy pie!

Did the Buttons play with the Impact before they were drafted into the SHL?
If no, then they don't go to the Impact.
If yes, then they do go to the Impact.

So this may have been discussed already and I
Missed out, but I think we should have a document of every players junior rights, until they are over the 350 TPE cap. That way instead of discussing who got drafted where and who's rights got traded to who, we can look at this running document. I would be happy to start one, and keep it going, you don't even have to give me a title or pay me unless you really want to.

I get that, but Im asking if we are pretty much re-setting everything, just thinking that their rights where pretty much moved from Knights to Impact, and if we can trade rights, wouldn't their rights be with the Impact still?

being sent down doesn't count as moving rights it's the team they were drafted to and if that team never traded them they still have their rights.

why would their rights be with the Impact if they were never traded to the Impact?
