Ideally I stay with one team for my entire career, however if the team needs to move on from me in order to better the team it is understandable. I would like to stay with one team for the entirety of my career on this player and go for a more free agency approach on my next player.

Honestly what would probably throw me over the line and tempt me to test free agency would be @Snussu microwaving his hotdogs in the locker room after every single game.

I don’t see Jussi Mutou leaving Montreal any time soon. They’ve put their faith into him, and he will repay them by bringing home a cup.
That being said, I think if a team had a great locker room culture with lots of people Jussi knows, that could help sway a decision.

NEW is on one of the greatest streaks in modern SHL history. It is an honor to be a part of this great group of players. The only way I would want out is if the team needed me to get out to clear space for better players.

Hitting Free Agency would be kind of exciting but I am content with my current teams. Maybe if I made another player in the future I would want to experience free agency.

In order for me to seek a new team in free agency I would have to be on a perpetual loser franchise. If the franchise never wins and does not make moves to win at all costs then count me out. I have to win to be happy.

Sometimes it comes down to your player getting older and you are looking for that cup. That's what drew me to other teams in free agency and while I didn't win the cup that way, it was a nice change of pace

I'm no prima donna, I wouldn't go to free agency over something silly like playing time or not having a starring role. But if I'm getting close to the end of the road and I haven't won a title, I might have to ring chase. Luckily, there's a long time to go before that even crosses my mind.

This is a question I've thought about a lot. I have no issues with buffalo at all, but I've always entertained the idea of just experiencing free agency at least one time while I'm on this site

Over the past several seasons, I've seen good players/users struggle to find a team in free agency. With my player potentially outliving his usefulness in New Orleans soon, this worries me. Atticus Hale is not done yet and I want his career to end on my terms!

I’m always very team focused, I’m not particularly in this for individual accolades. If a team would be better served bringing in someone else for the money it would cost them to keep me, I’d step aside to make that happen for them.

The only way I'd ever seek a new team is if it was decided on by a wheel. I'm currently happy with the barracuda (I also just got here) so I wouldn't want to leave.

With this being my first player in the league, I have no reason to want to go into Free Agency. I think the only thing that would force me into it is if both GMs on my team retire and the new ones as me to change to a position that previously had agreed would not do and freeze me out....brrrrr

I would have to quit as Baltimore GM for Baku to play for any other team. I don't plan to do that.
Beyond that, let's say I wasn't a GM who had to play for my own team. I'd consider where my current team is, how much faith I have in my GMs, and then where my friends are. Mix it all together and you'd get the solution to whether I'm going to FA.
