I think it would be fun to vote on the creativity of a player's name/render combo. Maybe there can even be different categories so that users can specialize their player's name/render to win in different (or multiple!) ways.

Not really sure as I've just recreated and it's been a while since I have done any SHL PTs. But personally, I find it's easier to be motivated to finish when things are broken up into smaller chunks.

Why not vote on rule changes to see what the general consensus is? I get the feeling that this probably already happens in some form or another, however, I think it would be cool to see the different ideas that are pitched behind the scenes.

I think we should combine the two end of season tasks again I really did not understand why they were even separated in the first place, but in the end it really does not matter that much to me

I'm not sure that it is ever good for the "masses" to vote for any of the awards. Part of the awards teams is to be there looking at the different players, where as a normal person is just going to think of who they know or the one big stat that the person likes the best.

I think we should gather all the ideas that people want to vote on and then vote on which idea we want to be able to vote on.
For CW/ASW I don't mind if the tasks are combined or not, but having a variable word limit for each question is the most important and useful change that I want to keep.

I'd say we should get to vote on more user-centered awards, but that would very quickly turn into a popularity contest. That said, maybe getting to vote between a final three that are chosen by the committee? The effort needed to implement this (fairly and with consistency) sounds like a headache though, so I'd also just be happy to be able to vote on something else in addition to MVP.

Honestly I like to write so having to write more and actually think about how things affect my player is pretty fun to me. Of course I have a CW/ASW pass now but I really like the creative prompts that are given and if combining it helps those coming up with it then im fine.

I'm not sure what we should vote on more. If I had to say I guess more say in the scheduling of events, like drafts and streams, but I know that is highly dependent on streamer's schedule. Honeslty I dont know, I think were in a good spot right now.

I’d say what the community as a whole votes on currently is a good balance. Gives everyone a say in certain aspects but then leaves other things for the different committees to have their say. No changes needed in my opinion.

I hate to say it but I really don't have an opinion on this task or anything to add to it. I'd do both anyways but it does get confusing sometimes trying to sort between the two so there is that.

Keep them separated. As others said it seems like daunting task to combine it in all in one task, unless we have more than a week to complete them all. (10 days wouldn't be long enough as was S77)
I will also state that i feel like Money should be involved here with this task, actually with any task to be honest. TPE is easy to get. Money is not.

Personally I find it hard to write a lot about the all-star game considering it doesn't get much attention, so I'd prefer one big task, but at the end of the day I'll vomit out some words for the TPE either way.

Don't touch anything. If the SMJHL decides to put the CW or ASW into one combined task, the minimum word count would the like 750-1,000 words.
