Nolan McMahon could not claim Training last week because his GFX's were not graded. Is there a way for him (me) to claim for last week? I feel as though because of the graders not grading in time, I shouldn't be out 5 TPE.

There's nothing to sort out. If you don't have the money available, there's nothing we can do. Graders will usually be reprimanded for not doing their duties, but it's head offices call, not mine.
