Its a statue of Bodybuilding legend Marcus Ruhl, with Ty Murphy towering over him. Just to give a good idea of how in shape the Murph dog is. Mogging the man.

I am guessing they built a statue of BASE PACK because they thought it was neat a pack of cards could play hockey. It would show PACK getting scored on because he sure does let in a lot of goals.
