I have an issue with this way of thinking. If you suspend people constantly for things they've said in the past without breaking any rules, it takes away the need for rules. Just ban whatever people you dont like
He didn't do anything too bad at first. He got told to back off a bit. He continued onward instead. When the behavior became his consistent behavior, he was reprimanded for it.

Was anybody hurt or affected? Everything Gorlab said was stupid and everyone knew it. Heck they responded by saying stupid shit back. Nothing that was said deserved punishment and no rules were broken.
It's pretty sad that Gorlab managed to create so many shitstorms by saying basically the same shit and to the same people.
Why do you get upset about suspensions? You can just leave the thread. Why did you get upset about Karlenssons? You could just ignore it. You care. That's it. And we all care about ourselves, and the people when are. And when someone challenges that, we defend ourselves. Whether they're joking or not. It isn't wrong to defend yourself. It isn't wrong to be proud of yourself and who you are, and to want others to accept you. Everyone wants that. Whether you admit it or not, everyone wants that.

Not upset about this suspension just don't agree with it.
I understand what you're saying and it is normal to want to defend yourself. But look at this. Gorlab doesn't know any of you, he doesn't know anything about you. You know who you are and what you do. He says your worthless ok I understand you defend yourself. But when he says it (using worthless as an example) to you more than once how can you take that serious? You already went through it with him once or twice. Why continue to give him what he wants? Like I dunno man.
It's like him telling me "you're ugly"
The man hasn't even seen my face. I defend myself and then he continues to say jokes about me being ugly but still hasn't seen my face. Is that serious? Can I take the guy serious? No.

Again he stirs shit up but does it really do anything to anyone? Does being an asshole warrant punishment? No it doesn't. But if an asshole shoots someone in the head or robs a bank than yes said asshole deserves to be punished.
