Very unfortunate especially if the former GM/Co had a plan for the future of the team. Sucks now that any future plans are now up in the air.
While I think hiring from the system would have been the right choice and ultimately would have made it less likely to lose out on any future picks or players, my opinion is just an opinion!
I’m sure the new GM will come into Minnesota and embrace the current culture that they have and do a good job.

if you dig up the thread announcing it. It was largely banned for GM quality of life. People were devoting a lot of time to it and it was scaring off some people from GMing entirely or burning out. Also in FHM 6 even if test simming had been banned there wouldn't have been any real way to enforce it because of the ways you could get into the file being very low skill. Basically HO saw the file security in FHM 8 was better and thought banning test simming might be best for everyone.

Does Minny now have to trade assets to acquire the GMs player from NOLA? Or has that changed?
If so wouldn’t it have been a better idea to make Waters the GM to protect any assets that now may be on the hook?
