To be honest, you have enough jobs on this site. I think you should be removed as Head of Media and that position should be given to...fuck...ANYONE else. I'd certainly do it. I'd do just as good a job as you and I'd have the added bonus of not being a complete asshole to 1/2 the site.

All of you people complaining about this just need to emulate Gifter of Bikes. He does his 1 podcast per week, no bullshit, no fucking around. He says what he wants to discuss for that week and he fits it into one podcast. His podcasts range from 30-60 minutes per week, but even at 30 mins he gets paid 1.5 mil which is MORE than his weekly training, so he's constantly banking money. I'm sure he's missed one or two weeks here and there but he's built a 90 mil bank account doing this for 5-6 seasons.
I know you post-S20 slime want to just become hotshots with 100mil bank accounts and 1000+ tpe in your first 2 days on the site, but you need to realize it DOESN'T WORK LIKE THAT. Prolonged activity is what separates a good SHL member from a sub-par SHL member. People who spam 10+ media in a week usually are the ones who get burnt out and eventually go inactive.

Fine, he gets paid his 30 minutes and banks money so he can amass a big account over a long career. I am asking you, straight up, what the problem is with people trying to meet the 1 hour cap through multiple podcasts. It is LITERALLY the same amount of time spent to grade them since the cap comes to 1 hour no matter how many ways you want to look at it. It's 1 hour's worth of podcast. It's a measurement of time. If it isn't about the 1 hour time constraint and literally about you just being annoyed at having to click some extra buttons to get to the full hour of podcast, SAY THAT AND MOVE ON. Don't stand high and mighty pronouncing that it's about some humbling cause to put all us young whippersnappers in place by limiting our earning power when WE CAN STILL GET THE FULL HOUR UNDER YOUR SYSTEM AND STILL POTENTIALLY MAKE BANK DOING IT. Your argument's invalid, go home. Both systems allow for you to get to $3.5M per week, the money's not the issue, that argument's out of here. Don't bring that shit up again.
And it's weak to make it seem like you're promoting long-term activity when you're stifling the amount of media people can work on per week and possibly strangling the activity out of new members. You got your GoB, I got someone too: Rayan Pitaniya. Remember him? Of course not, he got 200 TPE and LEFT because someone decided that you can only do a certain amount of podcasts per week and flat out left after his first 2. He could have been great (still was a top 5 center at the time of his draft) but left because these types of rules limit activity and sometimes drive people away from the site. Yes, he was inactive before the rule today was in place, but you have to realize that tightening your grip on the rules only lets more members slip through the fingers. It's that simple.
Point being, if you wanted to stand for something, you've done a shit job of it. You've placed a limit on the number of times someone can attempt to reach a capped accumulated time limit when placing a cap on the number of attempts only hurts the league in terms of activity. You care so much about this site, help it out. People want activity, maybe even in the form of podcasts. Don't limit them.

Do some sort of compromise, where if they split up the podcasts, they can have less total amount of minutes for that week. 1 Podcast -> max 60 total minutes. 2 Podcasts -> max 50 total minutes, etc....
Let's be honest, guys. The good podcasts that talk about SHL end up being shorter around 15-25 minutes anyway. Csonka/Smirnov one was pretty spot on for an actual SHL podcast. I'm sure there are some stuff. But even GoB goes on about other stuff every now and then.
