Bobby Lane, Joseph Weston, Alexei Rykov,Tom Fiddler,Michael Fitted,Alexander Wachter,Phineas Gold,Ricky Bobby you know the names and youve seen the faces these are the s50 draftees hoping to lead the kracken to a 3rd straight title. Last year saw this group take huge strides foreward as they became the leaders on the team with captain gasbard boone leaving and many of them improving greatly alexi rykov netted 54 points bobby and gold 41 a piece each joe weston another 39 bobby lane 36 and fitted and watcher 15 and 13 respectively. The numbers stated above are more than likely to improve across the board every single person in this group can put the ritz on a defender offensively and take over a game at a given time there are absolute game changers for this team that can hit the ice at any moment. Teams this season will surely have to find ways to try and slow this roster down but with this many playmakers its kind of like pick your poison they also have such all around offensivly talented forewards that no one line is one dimensional and all of the parts are interchangeable it surely is going to be a scary dilemma for opposing coaches to deal with. Its this sports writers opinion that while the kracken have won the last 2 cups that they were not always the most dominating team and i feel this season they can be there core is approching there peak and its a big core a loaded core its the globetrotters on ice at times and while that can put them in a pickle it can also embarrass there opponents. My bold prediction for this season alexi rykov wins the scoring title with 65 points while leading this team alongside phineas gold to a 3rd consecutive title this team is in the best shape they've been over the last 3 seasons they may get that elusive 1st overall finish as well.
