...introducing, personal coaching
With the transition to fhm, and the many new abilities to choose to invest in we needed a new system for equipment. And we saw an opportunity to clean up the optics around the equipment in general.
SHL Personal Coaching options
Tier 1 Personal Coaching - 9 TPE - $2,000,000
Train with an ex SHL player on hockey skills.
Tier 2 Personal Coaching Session - 16 TPE - $4,000,000
Train with a Hall of Fame player on Hockey skills
Tier 3 Personal Coaching Session - 19 TPE - $5,000,000
Train with an Olympic conditioning coach on mental and physical aspects of your game in the off-season.
Tier 4 Personal Coaching Session - 23 TPE - $6,500,000
programme of film study and hockey skills with former SMJHL head coach
Tier 5 Personal Coaching Session- 28 TPE - $8,500,000
programme of film study and Hockey skills with former SHL head coach
Like equipment use to, a Personal Coaching session can be bought once a season, for a big boost in uncapped TPE. But now without having to explain to all second year players that they can buy equipment again and it does stack.
There is also a set available for the juniors
Here’s the Js version ( only available to first year rookies)
Tier 1: Rookie Symposium (8 TPE) $1,500,000
Study the playbook and film with the team coaches
Tier 2: Rookie Workout (15 TPE) $3,000,000
A one-on-one session with the team personal trainers
Tier 3: Intense Rookie Coaching (20 TPE) $4,500,000
A grind of physical and mental training that increases all aspects of your game
Rule books will be updated shortly, as will the banking tool. But it won't be able to be purchased untill the next off-season post is made. Upgrades are not allowed, and you can only buy one per season.

Awesome change, the switch was a perfect time to change the equipment to just open TPE, and not having to redistribute it as you buy it anymore is huge.

Usually the cheapest version is supposed to give you the best bang for your buck. (For the J)
1st level: 250k per tpe
2nd level: 214k per tpe
3rd level: 225k per tpe
You're being mean to the poor people!

I don't like this for the juniors at all.
Before one was able to buy one piece at a time in different tiers as the season went on. 2M for the lowest tier with only the option to purchase it once is going to put a lot of pressure on rookies to make money early instead of getting to know the site and enjoy the first few weeks of a season.
