S53 STL Captains Announcement - SlashACM - 03-25-2020
First up I'd like to thank @"jfisherr" for his time on St. Louis, leading them to the finals in S52. He was an invaluable part of the organization and we know he will continue to help the team in many capacities.
That leaves us with the new captain! This was a no brainer for @Nictox and I, we have many suitable candidates but one member of the team has gone above and beyond to bleed hay and really immerse himself with the team. A true leader, helping rookies and vets alike, designing our winter classic jersey, and so much more, welcome our new captain, Danny Marston! @Capt_Blitzkrieg
Our A will stay with Sasha Dangelchek @acdangel who we are stoked to have for another season. We'd love to see him lift the cup at the end of it.
The new A spot was a tough decision, with so many choices who would be a natural fit. We landed on one player who we know will do us proud, a classy individual who has been nothing but a pleasure to have on the team and in the LR. We are excited to see what he can do in the new sim engine... it's Ruslan Zaporozhets! @CptSquall
We are very confident in our team and are so excited to set forth in a new era of SHL hockey! Let's go crows!
