New Unrostered DFAs - BadWolf - 04-26-2020

HO has decided to allow the addition of UN-rostered DFAS. All DFAS will receive 1m and join locker rooms immediately. Any DFA will not be included in your cap. In addition, teams may sign a max of 5 UN-rostered DFAS to prevent hoarding (we will re-evaluate this number if needed).
I would like to thank @WannabeFinn For the idea last week and @iamslm22 for the suggestion box entry. Both will be paid 1m for having an idea to be implemented. This is how we see the site improve so do not hesitate to suggest something!

What does DFA stand for, what does a player need to be/do to qualify to be one, does DFA status ever expire?

They can only do ac/training. It's so they can still play, but not get a huge head start on the draft class.
