SMJHL Coaching Tiers - WannabeFinn - 05-11-2020
Why is the TPE/$ all over the place?
SHL coaching tiers gradually decrease in value:
9 TPE for 2m - 4.5 per
16 TPE for 4m - 4 per
19 TPE for 5m - 3.8 per
23 TPE for 6.5 - 3.53 per
28 TPE for 8.5 - 3.29 per
Meanwhile, this is what the SMJHL’s looks like:
8 TPE for 2m - 4 per
14 TPE for 3m - 4.66 per
20 TPE for 4.5 - 4.44 per

the first tier should be 10 TPE probably.

the tpe/mill was the same ratio it was before the switch for min and max gear
there probably should be a slight scaling to this at this point but that was what the origional scale was built off.

After much consideration this is how we could fix this proposed “issue”
8TPE for 2m - 4per
14TPE for 4m -3.5per
20TPE for 6.5m - 3.08per
For this reason we have decided not to change it. This is for rookies and many do not have that much money.
