Vancouver Whalers 3rd Overall selection Ivo Willems has agreed to a contract with the Vancouver Whalers. We are very happy to have our 3rd overall pick signed. We feel he'll be one of the best forwards in the NWJHL. Once again, easy negotiations!

It was not a hard decision to make, the Whalers offered a great contract. With my girlfriend being a Vancouver fan we are happy to start the next part of our life here.
