A Change in Minnesota - SpartanGibbles - 08-25-2020
Hello, SpartanGibbles the Head GM for the Minnesota Chiefs here with some news regarding my franchise. As we have entered our off-season, my current Co-GM @fever95will be stepping down from his role. I want to thank him for his service as my first SHL Co-GM and for being my partner in crime when I stepped into this role and began implementing my vision to move the franchise forward. He has been a fantastic part of the LR and our management group during his tenure. He is an amazing guy and I am happy to have him on my team in any capacity.
With this in mind, I also have the great pleasure of announcing the new Minnesota Co-GM. This person has been a vital to my rebuilding team in a multitude of ways both in the limelight as behind the scenes. They are someone who has taken strong individual initiative to help our team of their own volition and continues to be one of the most vocal members of the team. I can't stress how much of an impact they have made on the franchise in their time here and I can't wait to see them grow into this new role.

I want to start by thanking Gibby for his vote of confidence - you've been nothing but a blessing to Minnesota since you've been appointed as Head GM, we all see how hard you work for this franchise, and I cannot wait to see where the next few seasons will lead us.
That said, these are huge shoes to fill. You don't replace a 3x HoF player builder like fever over night. I'm excited to take the next step in my SHL career, both on and off the ice, and I'll work my damned hardest to bring back this storied franchise to its rightful path. We've got some great pieces in place, and the league seems to be dozing off on us, but I see this gem in the rough day in and day out, and once it's done polishing, the rest of the SHL will tremble in green jealousy.
