As many of you probably remember, each year we as a site like to take part in the annual #BellLetsTalk campaign. For those of you who aren’t aware of it, each year Bell provides a donation to mental health services in Canada based on engagement with their campaign. There’s a number of ways to take part this year, including tweeting (or retweeting) with the hashtag #BellLetsTalk, watching a short video on their website/instagram/YouTube channel, sending snapchats with their official filter, and using their Facebook profile picture frame. For each engagement, Bell will donate 5c at the end of the day to Canadian mental health services, amounting to a sizeable donation. Over the first 10 annual Bell Let's Talk Days, Canadians and people around the world have sent a total of more than 1.1 billion messages of support for mental health – bringing Bell's total funding commitment up to $113,415,135 so far
While we may be a relatively small corner of the internet, each engagement makes a difference in the overall total. Because of that, if you choose today to take part in this campaign you can claim 1 TPE by posting in this thread. You do not need to link anything, we’ll go by the honor system, so feel free to use your real social media accounts to help spread the word farther.

Regardless of how you feel about the "free advertising" for Bell, today (and really everyday) should be about continuing to push forward the awareness of mental health.
Find somebody or some time for yourself, for the ones you love or just for those in your lives and reach out. Especially during this time which I'm thankful to have this community for to keep me going but many others may not.
