I meant to ask before but always forget, which filter/action is it you use for these effects again? I'm sure I've seen it somewhere.

Not much special magic there Tongue I think it's something like this (or maybe this), but since I don't use PS in English it never works.

This decision was reached with HO in an effort to increase graphic communication while lowering the turnaround times of the grading process.
