An Aussie and a Kiwi went to a bar - Weretarantula - 05-30-2021
A story about two Anchorage members from across the pond. Fuck Buffalo. @Acsolap
Maxime Bouchard looked at the hot paintcan in his hands and felt anxious.
He walked over to the window and reflected on his ugly surroundings. He had always loved crowded Pittsburgh with its keen, kindly kettles. It was a place that encouraged his tendency to feel anxious.
Then he saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the figure of Rex Kirkby. Rex was a brave heroine with red ears and handsome feet.
Maxime gulped. He glanced at his own reflection. He was an incredible, callous, whisky drinker with short ears and greasy feet. His friends saw him as a homeless, hard hero. Once, he had even revived a dying, blind person.
But not even an incredible person who had once revived a dying, blind person, was prepared for what Rex had in store today.
The snow flurried like gyrating cassowaries, making Maxime irritable.
As Maxime stepped outside and Rex came closer, he could see the precious glint in her eye.
Rex glared with all the wrath of 6187 malicious knowing koalas. She said, in hushed tones, "I hate you and I want love."
Maxime looked back, even more irritable and still fingering the hot paintcan. "Rex, I don't have the money," he replied.
They looked at each other with afraid feelings, like two knowing, knobby kangaroos drinking at a very greedy peewee hockey match, which had funk music playing in the background and two stingy uncles thinking to the beat.
Maxime regarded Rex's red ears and handsome feet. "I feel the same way!" revealed Maxime with a delighted grin.
Rex looked healthy, her emotions blushing like a old, greasy guitar.
Then Rex came inside for a nice drink of whisky.
And then Rex left Buffalo and moved to Philly.
The End.
